rei always gets the melancholy images, i figured asuka deserved one. the background shapes were inspired by arael, the angel that was her mental undoing...

copic multiliner pens on B4 deleter comic paper.

if you'd like to color it, feel free to do so, please just be sure to credit me if you post it anywhere. (i won't give out any higher-resolution scans of it though -- sorry!)

(Asuka)One of my fave characters of evangelion.She was a b..ch but i liked the fact that she were "totaly" more human than rei (duh) >_<

Another good one from bara-chan(yeah you're very famous around here ;) ) Lovely inking,one can see the textures of her suit while the mixture of flat and strong line melts with crosshatching for the planes. Beautiful work. I can learn a lot from this. :)

i would like to color it for fun even tho your colors are a lot better than mine ;):)
