i know someone who is in need of a pen for the original wacom intuos tablet, and at a more reasonable price than ~$80 (which is what everyone on ebay/amazon/etc. seems to be charging...)
does anyone here know where to get one cheaper, or even have one they're willing to sell? if you'd like, you can message him directly: ~saka

The OLD Intuos1 pen appears to be the only one you can use.
I picked up a replacement by looking on eBay for a second-hand Intuos1 cheap.
Here is a link to the pens and what there compatibility is.. [link]
Hope it helps someone who comes across this thread like i did,
It might just be cheaper for him to buy the new bamboo instead. I know a few american comic book artists that even use one.
I have also found this Wacom Cintiq Classic Pen - Digitizer pen for $50. Although it has no rubberized grip it does have a slimmer profile. Here is the link: [link]
Here is the original pen on Amazon but they are currently out of stock now. But it never hurts to check up on it later to see if anyone is selling a new one.
Hope this helps.
I'm not sure if this will help, that's why I am telling you. I hope you don't think I didn't read the full journal or anything.
Here's a link to the European e-store, in case it is what they need. Click
I need to buy a new pen for my intuos 2 because it seems to be failing me lately.
I wish I could help! But if I figure anything out I'll be sure to message saka :]
